I sold firecrackers at age 10, but found it very seasonal. Then I founda job making $2.85 an hour working 45 to 50 hours a week at age 14 at a grocery store, not legal but there was four of us doing it. I grew up in a town of 17, so the next town was 12 miles away so I stayed with my grandma many days. I remember getting 10 percent on a cd ofcourse inflations was about 11 percent. One night motivated me, kt was after a football game at age 14, we all went to a pizza parlor, and only a few had money for food, I decided I would not be in that position again. I always did small businesses on the side additional to jobs, but only one was sufficient to replace my job income. Finding like minded people is something that has helped, and a mentor can be found if one looks for people that have succeeded in what they want to win at.
