The Miracle 20 Minute Team Meeting

Try this to super-charge performance at home and work.

Choose a regular time to have an uninterrupted 20 minutes with your team or family. Ask these 3 questions and listen:

1. What went well in our business or family this week?
2. What didn’t go well?
3. What will we agree to work on this week?

Here are the benefits you can look forward to:

• More unity and energy
• Better morale because everyone feels involved
• Better decisions from you because you have better input

It’s always more fun and productive to operate in positive environments. That won’t happen by itself. This simple weekly meeting gives you a system for keeping things positive.
