
Knowing how to handle this problem makes you a stronger leader even if you never have to use it. Because if someone starts to get disruptive, you already know how you’ll handle it if they go too far. That knowledge gives you confidence. Work or get out of the way. If this was gardening, this would simply be pulling out the weeds. It’s your job, ignoring it only makes it worse. Hopefully you’ll never have to do it, but if you encounter this situation, maybe this will make it smoother.
