
The hardest person to sell to is the one you have the most influence with. Once you’ve got this person on board, it makes it so much easier for others to join in. However, until this person gets behind you with a 100% commitment, you’ll have big trouble with everyone else. Overlooking the importance of getting this person involved has brought many, otherwise qualified people, to failure.
